Notarization is capped by the State of Georgia at $2 per stamp. Military and veterans only with valid military identification receive a discounted notarization at $1. Travel and additional fees are billed separately and are outlined below: Cobb County: $30; Fulton County: $40; Dekalb County: $50; and Gwinnett County: $50. Holiday Fee: $35 for any appointments needed on federal holidays. Travel is an additional charge and is not included in this particular fee. After-hours fee: $25.00; services not provided after 8: p.m. EST. witness fee of $50.00 if a witness must be provided by Jacovia Woodward. You may provide a witness on your own at no additional charge as long as the witness meets the criteria per the State of Georgia and has valid government-issued identification.

I-9 Verification Fee: $25 per employee; I-9 forms are not notarized and do not fall under the Georgia fee statute. A notary public serves as an authorized representative and verifies identification. Travel is an additional charge and is not included in this particular fee.
